The publications presented here are essays devoted to the history, culture, and traditions of astrology. A substantial part of this work is dedicated to the rediscovery of lesser-known authors, especially from the fifteenth to the seventeenth centuries, and to the study of specific historical contexts in which astrology played an intellectual, cultural, and social role. Other volumes explore ancient astronomical culture, offer commentaries on and translations of astrological texts, or provide guides to the various branches of the discipline: natal, elective, mundane, magical, and horary astrology.
